How to make a request
Email dreamyoungamz@outlook.com from an address associated with the relevant enquiry or advertising account. Include your name, company, the type of request, and enough information for us to locate the relevant records. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or payment information.
Amazon Ads authorization
An authorized administrator may revoke the application's access through the relevant Amazon account controls. Revocation stops future API access for that authorization. You may also contact us to request deletion of retained data associated with the authorization, subject to security and legal retention requirements.
Verification and timing
We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account. We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to applicable law. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
