1. Who we are
Meggiekit is a kitchen appliance parts and accessories brand operated by 崇左梅吉电子商贸有限公司. This policy applies to meggiekit.store and our internal Amazon Ads API application.
2. Website and enquiry information
When you contact us, we may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, product requirements, and correspondence. We may also receive basic technical and security information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and server logs.
3. Amazon Ads information
After an authorized administrator grants access through Login with Amazon, our internal application may process advertiser profile and account identifiers, marketplaces, campaigns, ad groups, advertised products, keywords, targeting, budgets, bids, campaign status, and advertising performance or reporting metrics. We do not receive or store the advertiser's Amazon password.
4. How we use information
We use information to operate our own advertising accounts, prepare internal reports, monitor budgets and performance, manage campaigns, generate optimization recommendations, respond to enquiries, secure our systems, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or Amazon Ads data.
5. Authorization and credentials
Amazon Ads access is obtained only after an authorized account administrator consents through Amazon. OAuth client secrets and refresh tokens are kept on controlled server-side systems and are not placed in public website code. Authorization may be revoked through the relevant Amazon account controls or by contacting us, after which we will stop requesting new data for that authorization.
6. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers that support secure hosting, email, monitoring, and business operations. They may process it only for the services they provide to us and under appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights.
7. Security, storage, and retention
We use access controls, encrypted network connections, restricted credentials, logging, and reasonable operational safeguards. Information is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose, security, legitimate business records, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable.
8. Your choices and requests
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning personal information. Advertisers may also request deletion of data associated with an authorization. We may need to verify identity and authority before completing a request.
9. Cookies
We use only technologies needed to operate and secure this website. If non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before use.

We may update this policy when our services, data practices, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
